Promote Deskeo and its new offices spaces
Deskeo, the office rental platform by Knotel, wanted to establish its reputation and communicate on its new office openings. The idea was to highlight the different workspaces and present the concept of Deskeo.

Making a before / after construction
Nina wanted to highlight the work of their new workspace by doing a before / after photos.
For that, we took again the photos that we realized before the works and that we retouched internally then we organized a photo shoot once the work was completed.
This allows companies to become aware of the work done by Deskeo.
Highlight the concept
To inform the current or future companies of the type of spaces that Deskeo proposes, we realized a video in which we included the various workspaces with shots of the place and the atmosphere (dining room, meeting room, offices, terrace ...).
Deskeo also wanted to capture the employees who work in the spaces in order to show users how well they are at work.
So we opted for a premium video and an interview in which Nina explains the concept and gives the key figures.
This content is a dynamic way to promote our business.
The immersive visit allows potential customers to imagine working in space and to realize the quality of the office space.
Help customers to find their way into the space
Deskeo's goal was also to promote his new space with innovative tools. We did a Matterport scan of the 12000 sqft workspace ! This will help companies working in the offices to get their bearings and to get an idea of the potential of the place.
Moreover, the immersive visit is a very useful marketing tool to discover each space and to propose a selection to companies which wish it.
Meeting the challenge
We exchanged on their specific needs and planned the various missions according to the Deskeo calendar. In order to meet the quality challenges requested, we developed a specific briefing for the videographer and accompanied Nina on the texts of the interview. Everything has been delivered as soon as expected with the possibility for the customer to exchange with the dedicated project manager all along.
My job is to satisfy the customer by being available, flexible and ensuring that they receive quality visual content, quickly and in the requested budget. I am in charge of projects for Deskeo and it is always a pleasure to work with Nina to showcase their different offices.
